"Allergen info seemed a bit unclear"
I was thinking about ordering, but the allergen labels didn’t feel totally clear to me. Maybe I missed something, but I didn’t feel confident enough to trust them, so I ended up skipping the order.

"Promo code wasn’t worth the hassle"
I tried using the promo code, but the discount never actually applied. I spent way more time than I should have messing around with it, and in the end it was just useless

"Customization wasn’t worth it"
I thought adding a little personal touch would be fun, but i knew fast it wasn’t going to be great. The options felt really limited, and the setup was more confusing than it needed to be. I wouldn’t bother with it again.

"Wrong candies showed up"
I ordered a specific box of candies, but what arrived was the wrong one, and two bags were missing from the order too. I reached out to support, but it took a while to hear back and the replies felt like they were just copy-pasted without really reading what I said. Frustrating experience overall...

"Felt brushed off"
I stopped in hoping to pick up some candy, and while everything looked nice, the prices felt way too high for what it was. What really bothered me was the staff. They came across as rude and acted like I was bothering them when I asked for help. I left feeling dismissed and wouldn’t rush back

"Good products, but checkout needs work"
I was excited to place my order because the items looked great, but the checkout process was a pain. The site kept glitching when I tried to pay, and I had to re-enter my details more than once, which got old fast. It did eventually go through, and I’m still hoping the order itself turns out well, but the whole payment experience definitely took some of the excitement out of it...

"Customer service never got back to me"
I emailed Sugarfina customer service twice about an issue with my order and never got an actual response. I kept waiting, thinking maybe I’d hear back soon, but nothing. Isn’t it reasonable to expect a simple answer when you’ve spent money on an order? It was really frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Cute candy, but way too expensive"
I really wanted to like this because it does look super cute and the little candy cubes are fun, but the price just felt kind of ridiculous for how little you actually get and I kept thinking I was mostly paying for the packaging instead of the candy, so as nice as it looks I just don’t think the value is there.

I ordered a gift box, and it ended up arriving later than I needed it, so I reached out to ask for a refund. It took days to hear back, the response felt like they hadn't really read what I wrote.

They just kept sending me back to policy pages, and I still don't have my money back. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me, it was just really frustrating.

"Bad packaging, no question"
I could tell the second I opened the box this wasn’t packed well. The candy was crushed and there was barely any protection inside to keep it from getting smashed. Disappointing.

The box showed up all messy and bent, like nobody bothered to pack it properly. whoever runs this should pay more attention because it made the whole thing feel really cheap.

"Not really gift-worthy"
I bought this for a birthday gift it just didn’t feel like enough. The packaging looked really cute in the photos, but when it arrived it was smaller than I thought and didn’t feel that special in person. For the price, I guess I expected it to seem more like a real gift, but... I don’t know, it was kind of awkward to hand over. I probably wouldn’t buy it again for someone else.

I swear, every time I tried to get something I wanted, it was out of stock. It felt like nothing is ever available anymore, no matter what you’re looking for. Frustrating experience overall.

I was expecting a lot more candy choices, but it kind of felt like the same few things just repackaged in different boxes. I’m totally calm about it, obviously, but for the price, the selection was underwhelming and a little boring.

My box showed up damaged, and support has just been giving me the same “we’ll check on it” response for days. No refund, no replacement, nothing. whoever runs this needs to sort it out because this has been such a frustrating experience.

"Why did this taste so cheap??"
I got the candy box and felt let down. For what it costs, I was expecting something a little better, but everything tasted kind of cheap and artificial?? It seemed like a lot of corn syrup and coloring more than anything. I don’t think I’d buy it again

"I knew sugarfina was pricey, but when..."
I knew sugarfina was pricey, but when I opened the package, my first reaction was honestly, “Wait… that’s it?” The candy cubes look adorable online, but in person they were so small I kind of laughed out loud without even meaning to.
For what I paid, it felt more like a little sample than an actual treat. The candy tasted fine, but nothing that made me feel better about the price. Cute idea, but I definitely wouldn’t order again.
